
Fundamental Rifle Defense 101 (FRD 101)
You will learn proper firearm safety, mechanics, and basics so that you are familiar with your rifle. Further, we will teach you how to manipulate your whole body and move to your advantage during combat situations, while also emphasizing rules of engagement and essential tactical knowledge. All of this is taught in a safe, yet hands-on and realistic environment.
