I have had an incredible experience with ITAC’s security training. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable about what they teach and go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable during the various trainings and exercises. I signed up for ITAC’s training because I wanted to be prepared to defend myself should anything happen, and to feel more confident in my home or with others if an incident were to occur. ITAC helped me not only learn the fundamentals of Krav Maga and how to handle a weapon safely and confidently, but they also helped change my mindset to know what to look for and how to react to many different types of situations. The training is not only educational, but also super fun! Highly recommend.

The extent of their knowledge is incredible. So is their ability to translate it to understandable exercises and scenarios in which the student grasps the concepts. The course creates muscle memory for the defense techniques. I am now more comfortable knowing if something happens, I’m better equipped to address it.
